Preamble
The Keyforge online shop is not open yet: no order can be placed at this time. These terms are published in advance and will take effect when the service opens. They will apply to any order placed on keyforge.fr between Noa De Almeida, sole trader (EI) trading under the business name Keyforge, and a consumer.
Products
Keyforge offers custom-assembled mechanical keyboards and their components. The essential characteristics of each product are stated on its page. Photographs and three-dimensional renders are illustrative and are not part of the contract.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. They exclude any customs duties for destinations outside the European Union. Keyforge may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
Orders
An order is confirmed once these terms have been expressly accepted and payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email summarises the order. Keyforge may refuse any order that appears abnormal or made in bad faith.
Payment

Delivery

Risk passes to the customer when the parcel is handed over. If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer must register reservations with the carrier and inform Keyforge within three days.
Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Return costs are borne by TO BE COMPLETED — who bears the return costs.
Exception — under article L221-28 3°, this right does not apply to keyboards assembled to a configuration chosen by the customer, which are goods made to their specifications. This exclusion must be brought to their attention before the order is confirmed.

Warranties
All products carry the statutory warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), independently of any commercial warranty.

Complaints and mediation
Any complaint may be sent to support@keyforge.fr.
Failing an amicable settlement, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman covering Keyforge: TO BE COMPLETED — consumer mediator to be appointed. Membership of a mediation scheme is a legal obligation for any trader selling to consumers.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an amicable resolution has failed, the French courts have jurisdiction.
